Clear and bright
BOUQUET
Delicately fragrant, in an off dry style with ripe and juicy white peach characters and a hint of cinnamon. A gentle aroma of candied peel, wet stones and thyme.
PALATE
Fleshy palate with a delicious touch of sweetness from the wonderfully ripe fruit.
CELLARING
This wine can be enjoyed now but also has great cellaring potential.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Room temperature.
FOOD ACCOMPANIMENTS
Mild cheese, mussels, Asian dishes, sashimi, ham, pork, and spicy chicken dishes.
