VINIFICATION
Hand-picked in the cool of the early morning, the grapes were whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented with indigenous yeast before maturation in French barriques for ten months.
APPEARANCE
Bright straw
BOUQUET
Juicy, ripe lemons and a touch of nutty oak.
PALATE
Rich and rewarding with a great balance of ripe, citrus fruits and fine acidity. Lovely weight and texture contribute to the lingering finish.
CELLARING
This wine can be enjoyed now but will also be equally delicious after two to three years.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Slightly chilled.
FOOD ACCOMPANIMENTS
A number of dishes including pasta with a creamy sauce, soft cheeses and roast chicken.
